Welcome to Check My Implementation Plan. This free, interactive web site hosted and administered by Rosenow Spevacek Group, Inc. (RSG) helps California redevelopment professionals check their five year implementation plans for completeness under state law. Once you get started, we'll walk you through a series of modules covering seven clusters of mandatory elements of implementation plans, and some optional elements also. If you have your most recent implementation plan in front of you, you can check your plan for completeness as you walk through each module. We'll track your progress through the modules using the progress bar located near the top of your browser. You'll also notice that you can check where in the California Community Redevelopment Law each mandatory element is required using links to the relevant statutes.
